All products are covered by our 30 Day Guarantee — you have 30 days from the date of delivery to try out your item(s) and if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return your item(s) for a full refund. To file a return under the 30 Day Guarantee, please contact us with your full name and order ID #.
Returns:
- You have 30 days to return an item from the date of delivery. If 30 calendar days have gone by since the delivery date, then we will not offer you a return, refund, or an exchange.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note, shipping costs are NOT included.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be reflected on your account statement.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us as soon as possible.
